FocusFlow is provided "as is" for personal productivity use. By using the app, you agree to:

Use the app for lawful purposes only
Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
Accept that subscription features require payment through Apple's App Store

Subscriptions:FocusFlow Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are governed by Apple's terms and conditions. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

Flow AI:The AI productivity coach feature uses OpenAI's API. By using Flow AI, you agree to OpenAI's Terms of Use. AI responses are for informational purposes and should not be considered professional advice. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Soft Computers or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

7. Client Deliverables

For custom development work, ownership of deliverables is specified in individual project agreements. Generally, clients receive full ownership of custom code and materials upon final payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soft Computers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
