We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with our website. This collects:

Contact Form Submissions
When you submit our contact form, we collect:

This data is stored securely in our database hosted by Supabase (servers in Canada/US) and used solely to respond to your inquiry.
Newsletter Subscription
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect:
- Email address
- Subscription date and status
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every newsletter email. We use Resend for email delivery, and your email is stored in our Supabase database.
FocusFlow App
Privacy by design:FocusFlow does not require an account. All your tasks, focus sessions, progress data, and settings are stored locally on your device using Apple's secure storage. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to this data.
Flow AI (Pro feature):If you use the AI productivity coach, your prompts are sent to OpenAI's API for processing. These requests are processed in real-time and are not stored by Soft Computers. Please refer to OpenAI's Privacy Policy for their data handling practices.
App Store:FocusFlow Pro subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. Apple handles all payment information — we never receive or store your payment details.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide project consultations
- Send newsletters and service updates (only with your consent)
- Improve our website, content, and user experience
- Analyze aggregate traffic patterns and popular content
- Protect against spam, fraud, and security threats
- Comply with legal obligations
Third-Party Services

Each service has its own privacy policy governing their data practices. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
